Returns and Replacements
If upon receiving your order you are unsatisfied, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping and processing fees). You are responsible for returning the package back to us. If the product arrives damaged, used, or not in the original packaging Eureka Elementals will charge a restocking fee of 10%. The refund will be issued to your account within 5-10 business days.
